AI and software built around how you work.
Generic software makes your team work its way. We sit down with your team, learn how the work actually moves, and build what fits: AI agents on the repeat work, your tools connected, and the platforms you overpay for replaced with software you own.
- We learn your workflow first. Scope and price in writing before anything is built.
- We train your team in person, on the work they do every day, and an AI Officer keeps it going.
- No seats, no revenue share. You own all of it: the code, the data, the accounts, and the AI account itself.
Built for operators in
Everyone has AI. Almost nobody is using it on the real work.
Most companies of 15 to 100 people have no one whose job is AI. Tools get bought by whoever needed one that week, nobody gets trained, and nothing connects to the data the business runs on.
A login is not a skill
Someone buys seats for an AI tool and sends the link. Nobody shows the team how to use it on their actual work, so they try it twice and go back to the old way.
AI can't see your business
Projects in one system, accounting in another, documents on a shared drive. AI pasted into a chat window only knows what someone copies in.
Nobody is steering it
Your team tries a chatbot, a vendor adds an AI tier, someone buys another tool. Nobody decides which ones work on your data or earn their price.
Agents doing the repeat work, in businesses like yours.
Pick one. Every example runs on the company's own data, and nothing leaves the company until someone on the team approves it.
- Teach. Your team trained on its own work, with playbooks it keeps.
- Build. Agents and an assistant that do the repeat work for review.
- Connect. The tools you keep, wired so data moves on its own.
- Own. Software that replaces the costly subscriptions, in your company's name.

Agents drafting the paperwork, and a $100,000 software bill gone.
A construction company was paying $100,000 a year for construction management software. We rebuilt it around how they run projects, connected it to their custom billing application, and put agents to work drafting RFIs and submittals. After the build, they pay only for hosting, storage, and security, a small fraction of what the subscription cost.
What they run on now
- Construction management rebuilt around their own workflows, replacing the subscription platform.
- Their custom billing application connected, so project and billing data stay in sync with no double entry.
- Agents drafting RFIs and submittals for the project team to review and send, saving hours every week.
One build fee. Then storage, security, and hosting. No seats, no revenue share, no renewal.
Buying AI tools vs. putting AI to work.
Most companies already pay for AI. What's missing is someone to set it up around the work and teach the team to use it.
We build it. Then we make sure it gets used.
Most clients start with a discovery and move onto an AI Officer: agents and tools built one after another, every system connected, and your team trained every month on its own tools. Not ready for a plan? Start with an on-site training day.
A Chief AI Officer, without the hire.
Agents and tools built one after another, every system connected, costly software replaced with software you own, and your team trained on all of it. Start with a discovery.
Training that makes it stick.
Live sessions every month on your own tools, a recorded library your team keeps for good, and an on-site training day when you want one.
Software you own.
When a platform costs more than it's worth, we build the version that fits how you work. One client replaced a $100,000-a-year platform this way.
A login is not a skill.
A build nobody uses gets cancelled. So your team trains on each piece as it goes live, on your own tools and workflows, and every session lands in a library your company keeps, like the code.

Discovery
First build live within 30 daysWe sit with your team, map how the work actually moves, and list every tool you pay for. Then we put it to work: your team trained on its own work, an AI usage policy, and your first build live on your own data within 30 days. The fee is credited toward your plan or build.
AI Officer, or a one-time project
Your choice after discoveryMost clients go onto a plan: every tool connected, and agents and builds shipping one after another, each live before the next starts. Or take one project at a fixed price.
Train
Built into every phaseBefore each phase goes live, we train the people who will use it, on their own work and your data. AI the team doesn't use saves nothing.
Run
Your AI OfficerYou pay for hosting, storage, and security. Nothing is priced on seats or revenue. Your AI Officer keeps the team trained and brings in new AI as it's worth using.
Built locked down from day one.
Every build ships with these in place. Every action is logged, and every person sees only what their role allows.
Encrypted everywhere
Files and records are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Role-based access
Each person sees exactly what their role allows.
Your infrastructure
Deployed on accounts your company owns.
No data resale
We never aggregate, sell, or train on your data.
Full audit trail
Every view and edit is logged with who and when.
Private AI
Your assistant and agents work on your data and nothing else.
What people ask first.
What does it cost?
Everything starts with a discovery, quoted in writing by company size and tools. It ends with your first build live within 30 days, and the fee is credited toward what comes next. Then you choose an AI Officer plan (Growth or Pro, with every tool connected and unlimited agents and builds, six months minimum and then month to month) or a one-time project quoted in writing. Pro comes with a dedicated AI Officer. If you only want your team trained, request a 5-hour training day and we quote it by team size.
We already pay for AI tools. Why would we need you?
Most companies do. The tools are fine. What's missing is someone to set them up around the work, connect them to your data, and teach your team to use them every day. That's the job.
What does training look like?
Hands-on sessions for each team, on their own work and your data, before each piece goes live. Then written guides and follow-up coaching. Your AI Officer keeps training going as the tools change.
What is a fractional Chief AI Officer?
Most companies of 15 to 100 people can't justify a full-time technical executive. We fill the role part-time. We train your team, test new AI on your data, keep your systems running, and cut tools that don't earn their price.
Do we have to replace our software?
No. Most clients keep the tools that work. We connect them and put AI on top. We only rebuild a platform when owning it costs less than the subscription.
What can the AI actually do?
The AI assistant answers questions across every project, document, and report you connect, and cites where each answer came from. Agents handle the repeat work: drafting, matching, chasing, and reporting, with a person approving before anything goes out. We scope both with you during discovery.
Do we own it?
Yes. The code, the database, and the hosting accounts are in your company's name. If we stop working together, nothing breaks.
Start with a discovery.
We map how your work actually moves, audit every tool you pay for, train your team, and put your first build live on your own data within 30 days. You get a written plan and prices for what comes next, and the discovery fee is credited toward it.
